Most items are made to order. We make every attempt to get orders out as quickly as we can.In stock items will ship immediately. Please allow 5-10 days for most orders to be completed. Harnesses, wholesale, and some special orders will take 3-4 weeks. If you need something on a specific date, contact Katrina to discuss options.

AMERICAN ORDERS:
All orders shipped in the USA are sent via PRIORITY MAIL starting at $5, tracking is included. If the shipping price is LESS THAN $5, your order will ship via REGULAR first class mail. If you would prefer a different shipping method or insurance, please contact Katrina for a quote. Shipping CAN be changed or specified after your order is placed too, just let us know!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders (outside the USA) are shipped via REGULAR Priority Mail starting at $13. This is best service for the price but does NOT have tracking. If you would like TRACKING or INSURANCE please contact Katrina for a quote to upgrade your shipping. International mail with tracking starts at $30 USD. You CAN change the shipping method after your order is placed, just let us know. Upgraded shipping usually clears customs faster.

Customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied to your shipment. We do ship a lot of international orders and most arrive without issue.
When your order ships via Priority Mail, you will receive an email with tracking information.
TAXES:
4.1% SALES TAX will be added for orders shipped within COLORADO(but outside of Aurora).
8.1% SALES TAX will be added for orders shipped to AURORA, CO.
